We work in person at our Medellín office and by video call for leaders who travel frequently or prefer the comfort of their own space. Scheduling is handled directly with your consultant, without an intermediary or booking system to navigate.
Between sessions, the communication stays light. A short message to share something that came up, or a note to confirm the next meeting — nothing more unless you want it.
Transparent pricing, no surprises
Our prices are listed clearly on the solutions page. There are no setup fees, no renewal charges, and no obligation to continue beyond what you've agreed. Payment is made in Colombian pesos via bank transfer or Nequi before each session or engagement.
If your circumstances change mid-engagement, we handle it with flexibility and goodwill. We'd rather maintain a relationship built on trust than hold someone to a contract that no longer fits.
