What happens in a first session?
We begin simply — you share what's on your mind, and we listen without rushing. The first session is a chance to find a comfortable rhythm together. By the end, we'll have identified one or two things worth exploring further, and you'll receive a short written note afterward.
How long is each session?
Most sessions run between 60 and 75 minutes. We don't cut conversations short if something important is still unfolding. Sessions can be held in person in Medellín or by video call, whichever suits you.
Is what I share kept private?
Completely. Confidentiality is the foundation of this work. Nothing you share leaves the room — or the call. We don't report to your organisation, your board, or anyone else. The space is yours.
How do I know which service fits me?
A single Reflection Session is a natural starting point if you're facing a specific question or decision right now. The Growth Companion suits leaders who want ongoing support over a few months. The Leadership Study is designed for executives stepping into — or preparing for — a more senior role. When in doubt, reach out and we'll have a short informal conversation first.
What does the written reflection look like?
It's a brief, handwritten-style document — usually one or two pages — summarising the key themes that surfaced in our conversation, any choices you considered, and a gentle prompt or two to carry forward. It's meant to be something you return to at your own pace, not a report or action plan.
How are sessions paid for?
Payment is made in Colombian pesos (COP) via bank transfer or Nequi prior to each session or engagement. We send a simple invoice, and there are no hidden charges. If your situation changes during a longer engagement, we're always open to a conversation.
